We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return & Refund Policy

At Wellness Pluse Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and health-related products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

1. You received a damaged product.

2. You received the wrong product.

3. The product was delivered in a leaked or defective condition.

To be eligible for a return:

1. You must notify us within Same Time  of receiving your order.

2. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

3. You must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

1. Opened or used products.

2. Products damaged due to customer misuse.

3.. Orders returned without prior approval.

4. Change of mind after delivery.

3. Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

1. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.

2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or UPI after verification.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement if:

1. The wrong item was delivered.

2. The product arrived damaged or defective.

3. The product was lost during transit (after verification).

5. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

2. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

3. If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund (if applicable).

6. Return Shipping

1. If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

2. If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
